This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Taahys, an online lighting and interior décor specialist. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Contact us before returning an item

Email contact@taahys.com with your order number, the item you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind cancellation. Our team will confirm the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items to the registered business address.

Return address: our customer service team will provide the correct address and return instructions by email. Contacting us for these instructions does not make your statutory cancellation right subject to approval.

Change of mind

Taahys offers a 90-day change-of-mind return window from delivery. Tell us within 90 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. You pay the direct return postage for a change of mind; we do not charge a restocking fee. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. A deduction may be made only for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Pack the item securely and keep proof of return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at contact@taahys.com and include your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights and cover the return costs where required. Please contact us before sending the item so we can arrange the appropriate return.

2-year warranty

Taahys provides a 2-year warranty on its lighting products from delivery. If you need help with a product during this period, email contact@taahys.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will explain the next steps. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we refund the amounts due within 14 days of being told you are cancelling. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without a fee. Any original standard delivery charge is refundable; our standard delivery is free. Your direct return postage for a change of mind is not refunded. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary.
