Taahys is a lighting and interior décor specialist serving customers in the United Kingdom.

Delivery area and cost

Standard delivery is free to eligible UK addresses. Delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout before you place an order. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 24–48 working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The estimated total delivery time to eligible UK addresses is 6–10 working days, including processing and transport. The processing period is included in this total and is not added on top. Orders placed after 18:00 Paris time, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, we will send the details after dispatch. If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email contact@taahys.com and include your order number. We will help resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights.

Address changes

Please check your delivery details before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Returns
