Not quite right for your home? Let us know within 90 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to send your item back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To start a return, email contact@taahys.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please don’t send parcels to our registered business address.
For a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
If your light arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first. We’ll help put things right and cover the return costs where required under your statutory rights.
