- Secure or place the light as described in its instructions and follow the first-use charging guidance.
- Use the controls as described in the manual. Charging and runtime vary with sunlight and conditions.

To start a return, email contact@taahys.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions. Please don’t send parcels to our registered business address.
For a change of mind, return postage is your responsibility. There is no restocking fee.
If your light arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us first. We’ll help put things right and cover the return costs where required under your statutory rights.
